FrontDoor Profile ("we," "us," "our") sets up and manages Google Business Profiles for small businesses in Central New York. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email us at info@frontdoorprofile.com.
Information you give us. When you fill out our intake questionnaire or a monthly check-in, we collect details you provide about your business — such as business name, owner or contact name, email address, phone number, business address or service area, hours, the services you offer, your plan choice, how you heard about us, and any photos you upload.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card details; Stripe handles that directly under its own privacy terms.
Information collected automatically. Our website uses Google Analytics (GA4), which uses cookies to collect basic usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device and browser type. This helps us understand how the site is used.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate:

Your Google Business Profile is created under your own Google Account, which you own and control. We are added as a Manager only — never as the owner, and never using your password. If you cancel, we remove our own Manager access within 7 business days, and everything built on your profile stays with you.
We use Google Analytics cookies to measure site usage. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to deliver our service and to meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep by emailing us.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@frontdoorprofile.com.
Our website and services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above.
